The standard shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany and depending on your orders weight either €8.49 or €13.99 within the EU. All orders are sent plastic-free, climate-neutral, insured and tracked.

Delivery times: Germany: 2-5 days, EU: 4-5 days

Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods are damaged, dirty, washed or worn. Any returned pieces with remnants of lotion, deodorant, perfume or sweat stains won’t be accepted.
We strongly advise you to try our panties over some private underwear and take extreme care when putting on the bustier to avoid any staining.

The buyer has to cover the shipping costs for a return and is also responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in their original condition. To avoid waste, we recommend using the original mailing bag for shipping.
